You’ll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to build strategic talent pipelines, deliver high-signal shortlists, and help ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through handoff to the recruiter.</p> <p>This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role where you’ll combine research, market insights, and outbound sourcing to keep our most critical pipelines healthy and our hiring teams ahead of demand.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers</strong> to understand business priorities, define ideal candidate profiles, and translate intake conversations and job descriptions into clear, executable sourcing strategies.</li> <li><strong>Build and manage proactive talent pipelines</strong> for priority roles (technical, non-technical, or both, depending on team), continually refreshing and nurturing prospects to stay ahead of future headcount needs.</li> <li><strong>Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates</strong> through tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem projects, networking, referrals, and market research, tailoring outreach to CoreWeave’s value proposition and each candidate’s background.</li> <li><strong>Qualify candidates for role and level fit</strong> via resume review and high-signal screening questions, then deliver calibrated, well-documented shortlists to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.</li> <li><strong>Tell the CoreWeave story</strong> in a compelling, candidate-centric way, clearly communicating our products, teams, and opportunities while setting expectations around role scope, level, interview process, and compensation bands.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Coordinators</strong> to ensure smooth handoffs, timely scheduling, and a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate you touch.</li> <li><strong>Use data to drive decisions</strong>, tracking response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, and sharing market feedback and competitive insights with Talent Acquisition and business partners.</li> <li><strong>Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS and sourcing tools</strong>, including structured notes, tags, and status updates, to enable reporting, compliance, and future re-engagement.</li> <li><strong>Contribute to sourcing best practices and playbooks</strong>, including messaging templates, talent maps, and calibration examples, and share learnings with the broader Talent team.</li> <li><strong>Support special projects as needed</strong>, such as talent mapping for new markets, event-based sourcing, or standing up pipelines for new teams or locations.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience as a <strong>Sourcer or Recruiter ...
