Driven by a deep understanding of our users, we advocate for their needs to shape meaningful experiences that make health and fitness more accessible and rewarding.</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Director of Product Design</strong> to lead our core product experience.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong> </h2> <p>You will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving design quality for a team of talented Product Designers. In this role, you will be a key member of a cross-functional leadership team, working together with your counterparts in Product Management and Engineering to guide the team to build products that address real customer needs. You will serve as a thought leader and partner, both internally and externally, championing design as a catalyst for strategic growth.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Transform ambiguity into clarity</strong>, leveraging your expertise and design process to establish structure.
