Bilingual Electrical Engineer (100% On-site) Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Description: Titan Fiber, Inc., a telecommunications engineering company based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented OSP Design Engineer to support FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network design projects. The role covers the entire engineering lifecycle, from initial route planning and field coordination to the delivery of build-ready design packages. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically sound, precise, and committed to producing high-quality work. Responsibilities: • Develop preliminary high-level route designs for HLE requests and prepare initial cost estimates. • Collaborate with field teams to coordinate site visits and data collection. • Create detailed OSP designs in full compliance with client design standards. • Prepare and deliver all necessary documentation for build-ready design packages. • Maintain expected quality control levels on assigned design projects. • Process revisions, cost approvals, and construction updates to ensure documentation accuracy. • Support additional project-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in OSP design or a related role. • Advanced English proficiency (B2+, C1). • Solid understanding of fiber optic design standards and industry best practices. • Working knowledge of GIS tools and field data collection tools. • In-depth knowledge of FTTH network architecture. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheet • Experience with GIS-based design software, preferably ArcGIS • Candidates with US experience are preferred, but both profiles (with and without US experience) will be considered. • Candidates should provide examples or a portfolio of previous GIS work, if possible.
