B2B account management to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with high-volume clients. 🎯 Main Responsibilities Lead generation: outbound calls and active prospecting. Inquiry management: handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Marketing campaigns: sending materials and tracking results. Database: updating and maintaining client information. B2B management: managing business accounts (3+ units). Proposals and presentations: creation and submission of professional proposals. Financial processes: handling of receipts and coupons. Product knowledge: mastery of current services and promotions.
