Join us on this exciting journey to build a generational company.</p> <p><strong>About The Team</strong></p> <p>Our Topline FPA team is a dynamic and essential partner to our Executive Leaders, driving all aspects of Topline growth (e.g. ARR, ACV/TCV bookings, revenue, billing, gross margin) and strategy. We play a crucial role in providing valuable business insights that guide decision-making. By working cross-functionally, we help shape our financial and operational policies to enhance the efficiency and long-term financial performance.</p> <p><strong>What you do</strong></p> <p>In this role, your key responsibilities include: </p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans</li> <li>Maintain high-fidelity Topline Financial planning models, including ARR, Revenue, Gross Margin, and Billings</li> <li>Perform variance analysis on financial results vs forecasts / plans</li> <li>Clearly articulate the root causes of variances and trends to Topline leaders </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Order Management, Deal Desk, Product Operations, etc.) to drive our “Land-the-Quarter” Daily Forecast analyses at quarter-end</li> <li>Support strategic initiatives and business case evaluations by modeling complex "what-if" scenarios for pricing changes, new product introductions, and new GTM initiatives</li> <li>Maintain organization and version control of various rolling forecasting in our financial planning tool, Adaptive </li> <li>Partner with Data and BI teams to identify reporting gaps and maintain real-time dashboards that capture the latest business trends</li> <li>Monitor Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) for abnormalities and perform deep-dive reconciliations to ensure the highest integrity of reported key metrics</li> <li>Assist in preparing Executive Quarterly Interlock Board of Directors Reporting packages to summarize key performance trends</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might be a good fit if you have/are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li> <li>2-4 years of experience focusing on financial analysis, strategic finance, business operations, or related roles, ideally with 2+ years of Investment banking experience covering Software / SaaS Industry</li> <li>Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets PowerPoint / Google Slides</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize large data sets</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-KY1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
