As a Renewal Operations Manager supporting AMS Geo, you will partner closely with VP and AVP-level stakeholders to accelerate business outcomes, shape strategy, and operationalize performance across the organization.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide internal Business Partners with meaningful and actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks in the form of regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis</li><li>Lead annual sales planning, including quota setting and influencing compensation plan design</li><li>Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and organizations to define, implement, and refine annual and ongoing planning processes</li><li>Provide Renewal Sales Leaders’ forecast and information to track Monthly/Quarterly projections</li><li>Develop and evolve key performance indicators to help drive sales revenue and projections</li><li>Drive operational excellence that helps Renewal Sales team achieve goals</li><li>Identify and drive process reporting enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with offshore team to align on reporting and analytics needs of Business Partners and Renewal Sales team</li><li>Familiarity with sales hierarchies and territory mapping</li><li>Execute ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities in support of sales finance and operations</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.&#xa0;</li><li>10+ years of proven experience of Operations in a software sales organization</li><li>Self-motivated with an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple competing priorities</li><li>An understanding of how to scope work to ensure execution by desired timelines</li><li>Experience building trusted relationships and influencing others</li><li>Aptitude for taking on new challenges and comfortable handling ambiguity</li><li>Curious and comfortable with analyzing large sets of data and producing Executive Summary with Insights</li><li>Have been in a role supporting sellers up to the Executive Leadership level</li><li>Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude ready to work in a constantly evolving environment</li><li>Willing to ask for help when necessary and bring in the proper resources to achieve results</li><li>Experience with a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics</li><li>Expert in PPT, Excel and Power BI</li><li>SaaS experience is a plus</li><li>Master’s degree</li></ul><p>For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $133,600 - $233,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
