In this role, you will be a key partner to our go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making. As we continue to grow, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, building models, and delivering insights to drive informed business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk and marketing spend returns. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other members of the finance organization to align go-to-market strategies with broader financial considerations.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's financials </p> </li> <li> <p>Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across a variety of areas, such as revenue goals, sales capacity planning and key strategic initiatives</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making to stakeholders and executives</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FPA, and accounting counterparts, helping to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies and considerations</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>You may be a good fit if you have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years in experience across strategic finance, go-to-market finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking</p> </li> <li> <p>Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop / maintain complex financial operating models</p> </li> <li> <p>Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences</p> </li> <li> <p>Excitement about working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change</p> </li> <li> <p>Possess a bias towards action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Are passionate about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Strong candidates may also have: </strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>GTM Finance Business Partnership experience </p> </li> <li> <p>A combination of 10+ years in strategic finance, paired with several years prior across private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with consumption based and/or complex business models</p> </li> <li> <p>High knowledge of and interest in effective go-to-market strategies including deal-desk management</p> </li> <li> <p>Background in AI, ML, or related technologies</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Logistics</stron ...
