THE IMPACT As Method’s Product Designer, you will have an integral part in growing and evolving our design experience as our company scales. You will work cross collaboratively with our Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to build high quality experiences for our customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead project/initiatives – help define strategy, objectives, and vision for company brand, website, product design, user experience - Design thoughtful, intuitive interfaces that make our API effortless to use - Partner with the engineering team to implement features ensuring it matches your vision - Implement web animations and interaction-heavy product launch materials - Review concepts, designs, mockups, and prototypes with stakeholders through the product development cycle to improve the quality of our product and ensure value to our users - Propose iterations and improvements to the existing product based on qualitative and quantitative data, design best practices, and accessibility standards WHO YOU ARE - 5+ years of experience as an end-to-end designer with a proven track record of shipping high quality work (brand, visual, product, all things design!) - You have a strong portfolio that showcases the end-to-end design process, from understanding customer needs through polished visual design - Experience working in a fast paced startup, or coming in as the first designer on the team - A strong communicator that thrives with cross-functional collaboration EXTRA AWESOME - Experience in fintech, and/or API related products
