The role We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive how technical teams discover and engage with our platform. You'll own our organic growth strategy, managing the complete journey from awareness to conversion. This role blends SEO expertise with conversion optimization — building sustainable traffic while creating diverse engagement paths and routing visitors effectively. You'll segment audiences for optimal conversion paths, ensuring smooth sales handoffs while developing appropriate nurture tracks. The ideal candidate thinks strategically about attribution, stays ahead of search evolution including AI-powered discovery, and connects content initiatives directly to revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience ready to own a high-impact growth function.
