Job Summary: The Manager of Software Engineering will lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and strong stewardship of agile practices. This role oversees day-to-day team operations, resource planning, and quarterly roadmap execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include leading technical discussions, making key architectural decisions within the team’s domain, conducting deep data analysis to support business needs, and driving effective troubleshooting. The Manager will guide all phases of the SDLC—from estimation and planning to development, testing, support, and bug resolution—while balancing priorities across a team of approximately seven engineers.
