Job Summary: Drata is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and support the growth and scale of our Go to Market teams (GTM) across Sales and Customer Success. In this role, you will support our employees, managers and leaders with people programs spanning talent development, performance management, employee engagement and more. You will have the opportunity to directly impact and partner with a growing and talented organization. You will execute people's strategies to retain talent, coaching employees and managers on HR policies and guidelines, and working to ensure the Drata’s mission and values is a constant reality for all employees. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the GTM Executive and Management team by providing guidance and feedback to our amazing employees and teams to drive efficiencies and best practices in a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.
