This role is heavily centered on training, enablement, coaching, and building a high-performing outbound organisation across the Asia-Pacific region. You will elevate BDR talent through structured coaching, consistent skill development, and operational excellence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Sydney, Australia office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technologies You'll Use</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Looker, Gong</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and coach a regional team of BDRs across APAC.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and deliver ongoing enablement programs, including onboarding, objection handling, outbound frameworks, and workflow mastery.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Run and coach world-class discovery practices, including qualification frameworks, questioning techniques, and multi-threading fundamentals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, and performance reviews to drive consistent improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Enablement to refine regional outbound strategy and messaging.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build scalable playbooks and prospecting sequences tailored to APAC markets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Recruit, onboard, and grow top BDR talent.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive pipeline creation targets through strong leadership, motivation, and coaching cadence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and data-driven techniques to elevate BDR efficiency and performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran.
