Job Requisition ID # 26WD96220 Are you an experienced product manager with deep technical skills and a passion for designing and making a better world? Autodesk, the leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, is recruiting for a confident and results oriented product manager in Autodesk Platform Services (APS) team. As Product Manager for the Sustainability services and APIs within Autodesk Platform Services, you will define and drive the roadmap for services that enable carbon, lifecycle assessment (LCA), and environmental impact workflows across for both the internal products at Autodesk as well as within our vast external developer ecosystem. You will translate evolving sustainability standards, regulatory drivers, and customer decarbonization goals into scalable, interoperable platform capabilities that power next-generation AECO and manufacturing solutions. This is an opportunity to broaden the APS portfolio, develop new markets in the external developer ecosystem, and underpin core sustainability capabilities in across the entire Autodesk product line. At Autodesk, you will work within an inclusive culture that advocates and celebrates diversity and offers competitive and equitable Responsibilities Advance the development of API-powered sustainability workflows with strategic alignment with Autodesk’s strategic business priorities, external market and ecosystem dynamics, together with cross-functional platform teams Collaborate with ecosystem partners, external data providers, and other software stakeholders to understand and maintain a current strategic positioning for roadmap planning Use a lean product mindset to drive product decisions and roadmap development Document user needs in workflows, use cases, or customer journeys Manage expectations of stakeholders through frequent and clear communication of vision, strategy, and product roadmap Collaborate with designers and researchers to advocate for, plan, and execute user research and solution validation plans Work hand in hand with the Autodesk Sustainability and Impact strategy teams to align strategic intent with execution and impact Practice facilitative leadership to drive decision making and prioritization towards positive product and business outcomes Contribute to the product management culture at Autodesk Engage with industry standards bodies and emerging frameworks to align with, and drive cooperative evolution of the sustainability data landscape Minimum Qualifications 5+ years working in Product Management Ability to break down complex problems into user-focused solutions 2+ years’ experience in sustainable design in manufacturing or the built environment Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasive presentation skills Experience with API design and experience, and building and growing a partner and third-party ecosystem The Ideal Candidate Is an adept problem solver who enjoys breaking down complex problems and designing elegant solutions A strong PM who sets goals, measures success, and enables their teammates to do their best work A customer advocate who can weigh competing priorities and maintain an ongoing feedback loop between internal teams and external customers A teammate who contributes to the team growth and continuous improvement An energetic presenter who can tell compelling stories and actively listen to feedback Experience in sustainability, climate change initiatives, and other related fields is a big plus for this role. #LI-MB1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
