This isn’t just a "numbers" role—you’ll be a central player in managing our Global Cash Flow and as we prepare to scale up operations for our next steps.</p> <p>We need someone who can see the story behind the data and act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team. If you’re someone who loves to build, optimize, and scale, you’ll fit right in.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will be responsible for: </strong></p> <p><strong>Cash Flow Corporate Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly cash flow forecast.</li> <li>Work closely with Treasury, Tax, collection teams on various business topics relating to Cash Flow Management</li> <li>Proactively identify levers to manage cash and ensure our burn rate stays in line with company goals.</li> <li>Flag process improvements to simplify current workflows.</li> <li>Present findings to Senior Leadership on a monthly / quarterly basis</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Partnering, Support Consolidation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Accounting to review financials during the monthly close and ensure accurate results.</li> <li>Oversight of overall vendor spend within the corporate functions.</li> <li>Partner with other finance team members to understand broader business expectations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Improvement Corporate FPA Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enhance FPA processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight.</li> <li>Advance our capabilities through standardization, continuous improvement, and technology/AI adoption.</li> <li>Assist the Corporate FPA Director with tasks including balance sheet forecasting, consolidated PL analysis, and monthly CFO reporting.</li> <li>Work with the Financial Systems team to enhance our forecasting and reporting capabilities in Anaplan.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You may be a good fit for this role if you have/are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of progressive FPA experience, Corporate FPA team experience a plus</li> <li>BA/BS in Finance, Business, or related field</li> <li>Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with the ability to analyze financial data to identify trends and issues, draw conclusions, and make recommendations with attention to detail and timelines</li> <li>Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlines</li> <li>Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get deep into the details to understand drivers and trends</li> <li>Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets</li> <li>Experience working in the software industry, high-growth, international, and/or public companies strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience working with Anaplan</li> <li>Comfortable working directly with and presenting to senior leaders</li> <li>Remote applicants welcome, but must be currents based in either EST or CST time zone</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong><br> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
