As a Senior Partner Specialist, MSP, you will play a critical role in owning, elevating, and scaling the operational foundation of the MSP Partner Program. You will be responsible for ensuring our partner strategy is executed consistently and efficiently across systems, processes, and workflows, enabling partners to move through recruitment, onboarding, and activation effectively. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings strong operational judgment, systems thinking, and experience supporting partners or customers in complex, fast-moving environments. You will act as a key connector between MSP partners and internal teams, helping translate program goals into clear processes, tooling, and execution that deliver an exceptional partner experience. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - 6+ years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, operations, implementation, or other operationally focused roles - Including 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology environment in a partner-facing, customer success or go-to-market function - Demonstrated experience owning and improving operational workflows that support scalable programs - Strong operational mindset with experience executing and scaling deliverables through systems and processes - Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions, drive improvements, and own execution to enhance the partner experience - High attention to detail and comfort managing complex, multi-step workflows - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners - Ability to identify process gaps, formulate improvements, and own the execution of changes to increase efficiency and scalability - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment where processes are refined over time - Experience working with technology, cybersecurity, or IT-focused products (cybersecurity experience preferred) - Bonus: Experience using 1Password What you can expect: - Serve as a primary point of contact to respond to and resolve partner inquiries related to the MSP program, product, and processes - Support MSP partners across regions and time zones, ensuring operational consistency and scalability globally - Resolve routine partner requests directly and escalate urgent or complex issues as required - Own day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of partner workflows in a scalable manner to streamline partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation - D ...
