About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a full time Telemedicine Registered Nurse Team Lead (RN) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient education and clinical support, ensuring optimal health outcomes, and working alongside the RN Team Leads and RN Manager for patient and operational success. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 1099 RNs, completing quality assurance reviews, supporting training, and participating in process and resource development.   What You'll Do - Work alongside other members of the RN team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care via telemedicine to patients across the country for a wide variety of conditions. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated on survey protocols, healthcare regulations, and best practices. - Meet productivity targets and quality standards established by the organization. - Serve as an escalation point for complex clinical support calls, technical, and operational concerns. - Provides clinical leadership by directing, coordinating, and delegating patient care in an organized manner while allowing for flexibility as appropriate. - Ability to effectively communicate expectations, motivate individuals, foster collaboration, and demonstrate a proven ability to foster a positive and engaged team dynamic. - Responsible for continued assessment of quality, productivity, and performance improvement to promote excellence in patient support. - Work alongside RN Manager and training partners to support training of RN team members on clinical protocol and operational process. - Contribute to continuous improvement of team operations and patient experience. - Other duties as assigned.   Who You Are - Must have Active and Unencumbered 50 state Registered Nursing licensure or eligibility to obtain. This license MUST be reflected on a current CV or provided upon application to be considered. - Must live in the state in which the Compact was granted to be considered - Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred. - At least 5+ years of clinical experience in settings such as telemedicine, acute care, or primary care, with at least 2+ years of leadership, administrative or operations experience. - Prior experience leading clinical teams. - Highly tech-savvy with a proven skill set to simultaneously navigate multiple complex systems. Preference for experience with Google Suite, slack and iOS. - Demonstrated ability to swiftly learn and utilize new software and operating systems. - Above average proficiency in using telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Excellent skills in troubleshooting technical concerns and guiding others on use of technology. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Outstanding patient service skills including experience with deescalation and service recovery. - Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Team player. - Able to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly growing startup environment. - Passionate about motivating and growing a successful team. - Experience in training and development, quality assurance, and operations. - Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Full-time r ...
