Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.</p> <p>As a member of Point72’s Technology team, we encourage and support your professional development from day one—helping you advance your technical skills, contribute innovative ideas, and satisfy your own intellectual curiosity—all while delivering real business impact for our multi-billion-dollar global business.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management, headcount tracking, operating priorities, and coordination across Technology teams.</li> <li>Manage or assist with budget tracking and analysis, including headcount, vendor spend, and key initiatives, in partnership with Finance and HR.</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of Equities Technology processes, systems, and dependencies, to support planning, identify risks, and flag potential issues.</li> <li>Document and improve operating processes, procedures, and system dependencies, and identify and implement best practices.</li> <li>Support preparation for leadership meetings, town halls, and stakeholder updates, ensuring communication is clear, accurate, and well-organized.</li> <li>Partner with Technology and delivery teams to help drive organizational initiatives, set priorities, track progress, and support successful execution.</li> <li>Bring structure and clarity to execution and communication, supporting consistent framework for reporting, planning, and cross-team coordination.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What’s REQUIRED</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, or a related field.</li> <li>3-8 years of experience in a technology business analyst, operations, COO support, or consulting role</li> <li>Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools</li> <li>Self-starter with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop solutions</li> <li>Familiarity with buy-side business environments or demonstrated ability to learn</li> <li>Superior written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
