The primary mission of the Finance Transformation team is to drive change and efficiency in Finance to support strategic objectives.</p> <p>If you love problem-solving and critical thinking, and are passionate about finding insight among ambiguity, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>As the Finance Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with Finance stakeholders to scope and prioritize reporting and analytic needs, designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analyses. You will also serve as the primary data analytics designer and modeler for finance-specific applications (NetSuite, Revpro, Concur, Navan) and will be responsible for designing proper data quality tests for finance analytics. This role requires both individual contribution, and leadership of a small team of analysts.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collect, analyze and understand business reporting requirements and translate to data models and dashboards</li> <li>Understand and build end to end data flows, process maps, and SOX controls</li> <li>Design and build underlying data models to support end-user reporting</li> <li>Evaluate and prioritize new data analytics and insights project submissions, ensuring alignment with Finance org priorities</li> <li>Enhance and evolve Finance reporting capabilities and drive the adoption of analytics tools and aligned reporting frameworks</li> <li>Create detailed metadata documentation for data models and columns to improve data clarity and usability for end-users</li> <li>Monitor and maintain data quality, validation/audits, and governance for in-scope data domains</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant work experience (Business Analytics, Data Modeling/Analytics, Data Management, Program Management)</li> <li>Prior experience working across different Finance stakeholders, e.g., FPA, Revenue, Financial Reporting, etc.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Finance reporting principles and best practices</li> <li>Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise wide data, structured and unstructured, joining large and complex data sets</li> <li>Experience with the following tools: SQL (writing and analyzing complex queries), dbt (modeling and transformation), Sigma Computing (dashboards and visualization)</li> <li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage dbt projects and collaborate with team members preferred</li> <li>Demonstrable ability to be agile, proactive and comfortable working in ambiguity and think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems</li> <li>Ability to translate the functional (business) needs to the analytics/technology</li> <li>Familiarity with data structures from common Finance systems, e.g., NetSuite, Zuora Revpro</li> <li>Self-motivated and pragmatic, with a get-it-done mentality</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People</stron ...
