Paralegal

Paralegal We are a personal injury law firm that handles serious injury cases, including car accidents, wrongful death, and rideshare-related accidents (Uber/Lyft). Our practice focuses on both pre-litigation and litigation matters. We do not handle workers’ compensation or product liability cases. Our team currently consists of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 6:00PM (Arizona Time) Position: Remote Skills: • C1 English proficiency. • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or law degree (preferred). • 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting. • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools) • Strong understanding of basic legal processes, deadlines, and court timelines. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage many moving parts at once. • High attention to detail, especially with dates, deadlines, and document accuracy. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with case organization and file management • Draft and format basic legal documents and correspondence • Organize, review, and maintain electronic case files • Assist with client communication and follow-ups under attorney supervision • Perform legal and factual research as assigned • Prepare documents for filing in Arizona courts (e-filing when applicable) • Track deadlines and maintain calendars • Request, organize, and summarize records (medical, employment, or other records as applicable) • Enter and maintain accurate data in case management systems #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
