Our survey designer enables companies across the globe to intuitively build science-backed surveys and support leaders in taking meaningful action to create a better world of work for millions of employees.</p> <p>The team is focused on key initiatives including building a centralised library of curated questions to unlock the next step of data analytics, revamping the survey design experience to improve survey quality, and integrating AI capabilities to help customers gather deeper insights.</p> <p><strong>You will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to solve customer problems</li> <li>Contribute primarily to backend services, with work branching across the full stack</li> <li>Create clean, scalable, testable solutions using technologies like Ruby, Kotlin, Next.js, React, and TypeScript</li> <li>Pair with teammates, contribute to technical discussions, and share knowledge</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with programming fundamentals, software engineering principles, and testing strategies</li> <li>Experience in backend technologies (e.g. Kotlin, Ruby, Java, .NET)</li> <li>Experience or interest in frontend technologies (e.g. React, Next.js, TypeScript)</li> <li>Experience or interest in relational and non-relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MongoDB)</li> <li>Experience or interest in cloud platforms (AWS) and how services communicate</li> <li>Experience or interest in AI-assisted development workflows (e.g. Claude Code)</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong collaborator who enjoys pairing, sharing context, and building shared understanding with your team</li> <li>A clear communicator who values empathy and can articulate ideas when writing or speaking</li> <li>Interested in understanding and solving customer problems</li> <li>Aligned with our values and demonstrate them through how you work</li> </ul> <p>It's not expected that any single candidate would check every box here — what's important is that you arrive with a strong set of fundamentals, and that you're committed to building the skills you'll need to do great work.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success.
