<p>This role leads a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery, strategic guidance, and strong partnership across teams. The position oversees client relationships, drives growth opportunities, and champions operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the role ensures work is executed with accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a high level of client satisfaction.</p><p><br> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>&#xa0; Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive overall client success</li><li>&#xa0; Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team</li><li>&#xa0; Guide project execution, ensuring compliance with processes and regulatory standards</li><li>&#xa0;Oversee and manage project budgets, forecasting, and staffing needs</li><li>&#xa0; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs</li></ul> <p>Required:</p><ul><li>10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry</li><li>5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience</li><li>Experience managing $8–12M+ in scope and overseeing multiple brands or large accounts</li><li>Proven ability to build strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director level</li><li>Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills</li></ul><p><br> Desired:</p><ul><li>Experience contributing to account planning and identifying client growth opportunities</li><li>Knowledge of US pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations</li><li>Ability to lead client meetings and clearly communicate feedback to internal teams</li><li>Experience creating or reviewing scopes of work with project management partners</li><li>Enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows</li><li>University degree required; MBA preferred</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <div sr-tagline=""></div><p><em><strong>Our Commitment to Inclusion</strong><br> <br> Klick uses an AI-powered tool as part of an automated process to support our hiring process by analyzing your experience, skills, and qualifications to help identify alignment with role requirements.
