Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs

<p>This role supports a large, integrated life sciences account, helping lead day-to-day medical affairs work while acting as a trusted client partner. The Senior Consultant will combine strong scientific expertise with consulting rigor to deliver high-quality outputs across evidence synthesis, strategy, and execution. This role works closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional Klick teams. The position is hybrid and based in Toronto.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead day-to-day medical affairs delivery for a large integrated client account in partnership with senior client stakeholders</li><li>Synthesize clinical trial data, publications, and real-world evidence into clear medical and strategic outputs</li><li>Develop competitive intelligence, evidence narratives, and medical strategy deliverables for life sciences clients</li><li>Manage projects and workstreams, including timelines, stakeholders, and quality of deliverables</li><li>Identify and advance new opportunities within the account, contributing to growth and long-term partnership</li></ul> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline</li><li>Medical affairs experience within industry, consulting, or agency environments, with demonstrated client-facing responsibility</li><li>Experience synthesizing clinical evidence and data into strategic insights, presentations, or medical deliverables</li><li>Proven project leadership experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and parallel workstreams</li><li>Life sciences experience with the ability to work independently and own day-to-day client relationships</li></ul><p><strong>Desired:</strong></p><ul><li>Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done</li><li>Experience supporting business development, identifying growth opportunities, or contributing to proposals</li><li>Experience with competitive intelligence within medical affairs environment</li><li>Exposure to KOL or stakeholder identification and engagement strategy</li><li>Diabetes within a medical affairs context</li></ul> <p>This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.</p><p>The base salary range for this position is between CAD $110,000 - $160,000.
