You will design and own a full-funnel growth engine across multiple paid channels and lifecycle programs.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll build and scale a high-impact demand and lifecycle marketing function from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics to define our ideal customer profiles, generate high-quality pipeline, and systematically improve conversion and retention of advertisers.</p> <p>At Nextdoor, we offer a warm and inclusive work environment that embraces a hybrid employment model, blending an in-office presence and work-from-home experience for our valued employees.</p> <h4><strong>The</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Impact</strong><strong> You’ll Make</strong></h4> <p>If you want the challenge of fast-paced growth, the satisfaction of seeing your programs drive visible revenue impact, and the pride of building a best-in-class B2B growth motion, this is the place for you.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy</strong> to convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into paying customers, from top-of-funnel awareness to closed-won and expansion.</li> <li><strong>Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs</strong> across paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and other digital platforms, as well as experiments in emerging channels where our advertisers are active.</li> <li><strong>Build a scalable performance engine</strong>: develop campaign architecture, audience strategy, offer testing, landing page strategy, and budget allocation frameworks to consistently hit pipeline and revenue goals.</li> <li><strong>Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations</strong> to define segmentation, lead scoring, and routing that ensure high-intent leads are worked quickly and thoughtfully across teams.</li> <li><strong>Create and own a lifecycle marketing strategy</strong> in partnership with the email marketing team including onboarding, nurturing, activation, expansion, and win-back programs.</li> <li><strong>Set up measurement and reporting frameworks</strong> that show the impact of the program on lead generation, ad accounts created, and finally paying accounts. Map this out to key metrics such as ROAS and CPA.</li> <li><strong>Run a rigorous experimentation roadmap</strong>, including A/B tests on creative, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, and lifecycle journeys to continuously improve conversion and retention.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Product Marketing and Content</strong> to develop compelling narratives, messaging, and assets tailored to mid-market and enterprise decision-makers and influencers.</li> <li>Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture </li> </ul> <h4><strong>What You’ll Bring To The Team</strong></h4> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue for midmarket and enterprise customers.</li> <li>Deep, hands-on experience running multi ...
