Cisco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Account Executive (PAE) to lead engagement and revenue growth across Growth Partners in the South Region. This role is responsible for driving joint go-to-market strategies, accelerating partner-led sales, and expanding Cisco’s footprint through strong partner relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong channel experience, a growth mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels within partner organizations and form a bridge between Cisco Sales account teams and partners. Key responsibilities: Drive outstanding Y/Y partner revenue growth. Lead existing relationships across all levels of your partner organization. Generate enthusiasm and passion for Cisco products among partner teams. Build and maintain business plans. Deliver sales and technical trainings for partners. Facilitate communications and deal flow between partner and Cisco sales. Leverage competitive knowledge to position Cisco effectively within the partner landscape and differentiate our solutions from competitors. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience working with channel partners in the IT industry, with strong understanding of the India (South region) partner ecosystem. Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem and indirect sales models. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Experience managing regional territories and partner portfolios. Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills. Preferred: Knowledge of Cisco solutions and partner programs. Experience in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Why Cisco?
