Meet the Team You will be part of Cisco’s Global Supplier Management – Component Quality and Technology organization. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse group of Supply Chain professionals across Quality, Supplier Management, Engineering, Operations, and IT. You will join a team of results-oriented leaders who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are dedicated to translating business requirements into impactful, innovative solutions. Your Impact As the CQT Global Process Lead, you will spearhead global processes within Component Quality and Technology Operations. Your primary focus will be the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of world-class policies, governance frameworks, and performance management systems. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive process standardization and operational excellence, delivering high-visibility business impact aligned with Cisco’s global strategy. Furthermore, you will leverage AI and data analytics to innovate and shape the future of Supplier and Component Management, enhancing both the customer experience and operational efficiency. 3. Minimum Qualifications • Education: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent, with a solid understanding of Operations and Supply Chain. • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, or Process Management. • Project Management: 3-5 years of Project Management experience. • Process Improvement: 3-5 years of Process Engineering or Process Improvement experience. • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Communication: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (speaking and writing). 4. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree such as an MS in Engineering or an MBA. • Professional experience within electronics manufacturing. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. • Foundational knowledge of data analytics and AI applications. • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software knowledge and skills.
