Product Manager - AI assistant

<p>As a Product Manager on our AI Assistant team, you’ll define and execute product strategy for our products — the Platform, the Builder and our own AI assistant, Clippy. You’ll work on making AI capabilities accessible to non-technical teams and collaborate across departments to drive innovation and adoption.</p><p>In your day-to-day, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Drive the evolution of our internal AI assistant creation tools, making complex AI capabilities accessible to both non-technical and technical users</p></li><li><p>Collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to identify and prioritize AI assistant use cases</p></li><li><p>Lead Clippy AI assistant end‑to‑end: build, test, and monitor in production; run experiments and ship iterative improvements with engineering support</p></li><li><p>Define and operationalize best practices for building and evaluating assistants — turning them into productized capabilities (templates, workflows etc.)</p></li><li><p>Keep ahead of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation</p></li></ul> <ul><li><p>3+ years of product management experience</p></li><li><p>A fast learner with a strong technical understanding</p></li><li><p>Business insight and the ability to align product development with company goals and user value</p></li><li><p>Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly</p></li></ul><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li><p>Experience shipping platform products, internal tools, developer tools, or workflow/builder products</p></li><li><p>Experience building products that enable non-technical users to leverage complex technologies</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with AI/LLM product patterns (prompting, evaluation, monitoring)</p></li><li><p>UX/UI design experience or expertise</p></li></ul> <p>In the AI Assistant team, we’re building the next generation of Wix AI solutions.
