Our Impact As an Account Executive Portfolio in Egypt, you will drive business growth by delivering Cisco’s diverse portfolio to both new and existing customers. You will expand Cisco’s presence in the Egyptian market, orchestrating resources and building relationships with key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly influence customer success and Cisco’s leadership in technology solutions. By sharing customer feedback, you will help shape the future of Cisco offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end sales of Cisco’s portfolio solutions across a broad range of customers in Egypt. Establish and nurture relationships with IT, executive, and business stakeholders. Develop and present compelling value propositions to drive adoption of Cisco solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for the Egyptian market, identifying growth opportunities and market penetration tactics. Provide regular market insights, strategic execution updates, and business performance reports to Cisco leaders in Egypt. Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer business outcomes. Gather and communicate customer insights to recommend enhancements to Cisco products and future offerings. Minimum Qualifications Direct sales experience in technology solutions (including collaboration, networking, or security) within Egypt or similar markets. Demonstrated experience managing sales cycles and consistently achieving quota in Egypt. In-depth knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, including collaboration, networking, security, and cloud solutions. Understanding of how Cisco solutions drive business transformation and outcomes for organizations in Egypt. Preferred Qualifications Experience with "as a Service" (XaaS) and subscription-based sales models. Ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple customers, vendors, and partners. Proven ability to understand market dynamics, develop and execute strategic business development plans, and deliver significant business growth. Experience working with channel partners and building strong ecosystem relationships. Awareness of technology trends and competitive landscape in Egypt. Track record of providing actionable feedback for product development. Advanced degree, equivalent experience, or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, PMP). Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal). Ability to qualify, develop and close AI projects. AI and Data Center Market Understanding: Familiarity with AI infrastructure modernization, data center solutions, and AI sales motions, including assessing customer AI maturity and tailoring sales approaches accordingly. Knowledge of Cisco AI sales phases such as target qualification, assessment, solution development, and alignment with Cisco AI portfolio is valuable.
