Meet the Team You will join the “Marketing, Virtual Sales & Connected Applications” team, focused on developing and enhancing software systems for marketing automation, CRM, data integration, and sales enablement. The IT team leads innovation to optimize Marketing and Sales processes, working closely with architects, engineers, QA specialists, and business analysts. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to create scalable solutions that improve internal tools, enhance user experience, and support sales and marketing strategies. Your Impact We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Software Engineer to join our growing team to support our Marketing and Sales Enablement portfolio, helping to develop and maintain software solutions that drive success across various sales and marketing initiatives. Software Development: We would like this developer to be responsible for all the various Salesforce development: Apex coding, Salesforce configuration, package install and configuration, SOQL and Lightning web Components (LWC) in our Salesforce environment. AI: We foster using AI to accelerate productivity such as Github CoPilot and Agentforce, and also look to deliver AI solutions to create agents and such for our business stakeholders. Database Proficiency: Write, optimize, and fix sophisticated SQL queries across Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, and Snowflake environments. Multi-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and integration solutions in a collaborative, multi-cloud setting. Minimum Qualifications Education and Core Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications. Technical Expertise could be on any of these: Front-End: Advanced skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI/UX design. Back-End: Expertise in server-side languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or C#), API development (REST/GraphQL), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architecture. Integration & Cloud Proficiency: Shown experience integrating with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven architectures. DevOps & Engineering Excellence: Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, automated testing, code reviews, and modern SDLC practices. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools is a plus. Agile Mindset & Communication: Experience working in Agile teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams. Preferred Qualifications Shown leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on multi-functional projects. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers is highly valued. Passion for ongoing professional development through certifications, experimentation, or community engagement. Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies. Salesforce: Strong hands-on Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, and declarative tools), with experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Sales or Service Cloud. Salesforce & Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator certifications, MuleSoft Developer/Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP). Shown interest in expanding Salesforce or cloud expertise.
