Key Responsibilities: * Develop solutions to address complex problems. * Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers. * Work closely with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience. * Identify Offer configuration area gaps and challenges; translate these into a transformation strategy and roadmap and orchestrate end-to-end solutions. * A strategic partner to the business and other commerce cross tracks, with a deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business system’s needs. * Work with all business partners to understand the requirements and provide robust solution architecture for Commerce Configure, Price, Quote and Ordering processes. * Work on strategic programs to help enable the desired business outcomes. Work on multiple projects and partner with peers across the Cisco business units. * Identify the business impacts, perform process analysis, detail the solution design user stories, and conduct functional testing.
