Your Impact: As a Product Manager in this team, you will drive the development of innovative capabilities that enhance productivity, streamline Security and Compliance specific to Webex meeting preparation and outcomes, and harness the power of AI to elevate the user experience. You will uncover gaps in existing workflows, analyze market trends, and define a strategic roadmap to enhance collaboration features. Your mission: to build intuitive, high-impact solutions that empower users to focus on what matters most - working smarter, not harder. Working closely with enterprise customers and partners to understand their pain points and enhance the Webex Suite offering Conducting competitive analysis, customer research, and data-driven decision-making to guide product development. Collaborating with design and engineering to build and launch high-quality products. Partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth. Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch iterations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors/BS in Engineering or Business (or related degree) with + 5 years of Product Management experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience Regulatory Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of relevant regulations and legal frameworks pertaining to data privacy, eDiscovery, and compliance in collaboration products, particularly within the context of the United States. eDiscovery Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the eDiscovery lifecycle, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of electronic information. Knowledge of US Regulations: A deep understanding of US-specific regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)/California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant federal and state laws. Experience working with third party Compliance vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Background in B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into intuitive, high-impact experiences that empower end users and support business growth. Experience with enterprise software applications or video /communication platforms. Solid understanding of AI tools and technologies.
