This person will oversee an explosive growth opportunity in the Greater China Region with a unique potential for sustained global impact. Visit our </em><a href="https://www.pinterestcareers.com/pinflex/"><em>PinFlex</em></a><em> landing page to learn more. </em></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and scale a high-performing Torso + Scaled SMB Account Management team (including vendor/outsourced resources where applicable) to deliver against quarterly revenue, retention, and advertiser growth targets for Greater China Region (GCR).</li> <li>Own the scaled coverage model for GCR Torso/SMB—define segmentation, service levels, account assignment, capacity planning, and operating cadence to maximize ROI and consistent execution at scale.</li> <li>Serve as one of the primary senior point of contacts for key GCR agencies and channel partners supporting Torso/SMB; build and deepen executive relationships, align on joint business plans, and co-drive partner accountability to performance.</li> <li>Develop and deploy acquisition, activation, and retention strategies/programs for Torso/SMB (e.g., onboarding motions, always-on optimization frameworks, reactivation plays, seasonal packages) that measurably improve spend, repeat rates, and LTV.</li> <li>Implement scalable processes, playbooks, and automation (tooling, standardized outreach, learning agendas, QA, escalation paths) that enable efficient execution across large account volumes without sacrificing quality.</li> <li>Achieve targets through rigorous planning and analytics—set goals and KPIs by segment, analyze cohort and funnel performance, identify growth constraints, and translate insights into prioritized actions and resource tradeoffs.</li> <li>Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance management—weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, risk/opportunity management, and clear intervention plans to close gaps.</li> <li>Communicate progress and insights clearly across time zones to regional and global stakeholders; provide structured updates on program performance, partner health, and key business decisions.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Measurement, Policy, and Support to improve the Torso/SMB advertiser experience and remove scale blockers (billing, measurement, onboarding, creative, etc.).</li> <li>Plan and participate in local marketing and partner events to drive demand generation for Torso/SMB and represent Pinterest’s value proposition in-market.</li> <li>Motivate, coach, and develop sales talent in partnership with the vendor, building a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement; ensure role clarity, ramp plans, and performance standards are consistently applied.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership ...
