It’s Possible.</p></div><p>As the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, Monetization, you will be responsible to execute Pinterest’s multi-year strategy to scale demand and deliver delightful, relevant ad products for users and advertisers. This leader will drive strategic alignment and program execution across highly matrixed, cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing Management, Data Science, and Design, to define sequencing, manage dependencies, remove ambiguity, and ensure consistent delivery against business-critical outcomes. You will also partner closely with Ads leadership and go-to-market teams to expand and adapt monetization strategies for international markets, ensuring strong global product-market fit. Success in this role requires exceptional people leadership and organizational influence, a strong foundation in technical program management and operating rigor, and the ability to set and track outcome-based metrics (e.g., revenue, ROAS) while institutionalizing scalable experimentation and best-in-class TPM practices.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and drive execution of a 3-year monetization strategy to scale demand and improve ad relevance and performance for users and advertisers. </li>
<li>Create strategic alignment and operating rhythm across cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Sales, PMM, Data Science, Design), including sequencing, dependencies, and shared accountability. </li>
<li>Partner with Ads leadership, PMM, and Sales GTM to expand and adapt monetization strategy for international markets to ensure global product-market fit. </li>
<li>Lead the Monetization TPM team to deliver full-funnel performance capabilities, industry-compatible interfaces, platform integrations, and AI-first tooling. </li>
<li>Set and track KPIs/OKRs tied to business outcomes (e.g., ROAS, revenue) and institutionalize scalable experimentation practices. </li>
<li>Remove ambiguity and unblock delivery across multiple parallel, high-priority initiatives; communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs with executive stakeholders. </li>
<li>Build, coach, and retain a high-performing TPM org; standardize and elevate TPM craft and best practices across Monetization. </li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic leadership vision: Proven ability to define and drive long-range, cross-functional strategies and translate them into executable programs with measurable outcomes. </li>
<li>Large-scale program leadership: Expertise leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across highly matrixed orgs spanning engineering, product, and go-to-market partners. </li>
<li>People leadership org building: Experience managing managers, building high-bar TPM teams, coaching leaders, and fostering an accountable, inclusive culture of delivery excellence. </li>
<li>Strong technical acumen: Ability to engage deeply on architectural tradeoffs and execution across APIs, data, and AI systems (deep Pinterest-stack knowledge can be developed on the job). </li>
