Our platform is built by industry leaders with a long history in programmatic advertising, digital media, and ad verification who have now purpose-built a CTV performance platform advertisers can trust to grow their business.<br><br></p> <p>tvScientific is looking for a Senior Designer to help position tvScientific as a leader in CTV advertising. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of high-impact creative that elevates our brand and brings our marketing to life across channels. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a concept-driven designer who can deliver polished work, maintain high brand standards, and collaborate closely with marketing and other areas of the business. You’ll play a key role in shaping how tvScientific shows up in the market.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Brand Design Visual Systems:</strong> Evolve and maintain tvScientific’s visual identity across channels. Develop design systems, templates, and guidelines that help the brand stay consistent as we scale.</li> <li><strong>Campaign Creative:</strong> Own the conceptualization of Tier 1 campaign creative and deliver the key visuals, including video assets, landing page assets, ad creative, social graphics, email graphics, etc.</li> <li><strong>Sales Enablement Design:</strong> Partner with sales and marketing to create high-quality materials, like pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing collateral that help tell our story clearly and credibly.</li> <li><strong>Web Digital Design:</strong> Support web design needs, including landing pages, site graphics, product storytelling visuals, and other digital assets. Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure assets are optimized for performance and clarity.</li> <li><strong>Event Design:</strong> Design assets for events, including booth graphics, signage, handouts, presentation templates, merch, and other materials that ensure tvScientific shows up with a premium, cohesive experience.</li> <li><strong>Content Design:</strong> Collaborate with content marketing to bring thought leadership to life visually, including report design, data storytelling, webinar visuals, and social-first creative.</li> <li><strong>Creative Collaboration Quality:</strong> Work closely with external agencies and freelance designers to deliver final work that’s polished, on-brand, and aligned to goals.</li> <li><strong>How We'll Define Success</strong> <ul> <li>A visual brand that feels more consistent, premium, and recognizable</li> <li>Tier 1 campaigns launch with cohesive creative systems</li> <li>Sales collateral and decks look sharper, clearer, and easier to use</li> <li>Design requests run smoothly with clear prioritization and reasonable turnaround</li> <li>Stakeholders trust the design function as a strategic partner, not just production</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</ ...
