SENIOR MANAGER, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (INFRASTRUCTURE) REMOTE LOCATION: BOSTON, MA; AUSTIN, TX; OR WASHINGTON, DC POSITION SUMMARY HackerOne is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure and Core Platform organization. This role is critical to scaling an AI-first security platform that powers the world’s largest hacker community. You’ll own the foundations that product teams rely on: cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, reliability, security, and the systems that make AI-driven product delivery possible. This is a people-first, systems-level leadership role. You’ll lead a platform organization with broad scope and responsibility. Initially with a focused team, and over time expanding to multiple teams or domains. You’ll develop strong engineering managers and senior ICs, while ensuring our platform is secure, resilient, cost-effective, and capable of supporting increasingly sophisticated workloads, including AI/LLM and MLOps.
