This support is designed to help you master the technical win and accelerate your path to future promotions.<strong><br></strong></p> <p style="line-height: 1.2;"><strong><br>What you'll do<br></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The Master of the Demo:</strong> Lead high-impact product demonstrations, showcasing how our platform solves complex engineering headaches for mid-market clients.</li> <li><strong>Lead the Proof of Value (POV)</strong>: Partner with customers to configure and set up environments in production or test settings, guiding them through the technical "why" behind New Relic.</li> <li><strong>Technical Evangelism:</strong> Maintain a deep understanding of your customers’ cloud ecosystems, from OpenTelemetry (OTel) to Serverless, to advocate for better observability.</li> <li><strong>Commercial Collaboration:</strong> Partner hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to identify new opportunities, translating "tech-speak" into value that helps businesses grow.</li> <li><strong>S</strong><strong>hape the Product:</strong> Be the voice of the customer by relaying field feedback directly to our Engineering and Product teams.</li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.2;"><strong>This role requires</strong><em><br></em></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Consultative Expertise: Experience supporting pre-sales engagements, or a background in SRE/Engineering with a strong desire to move into a commercial, influential role.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Cloud-Native Foundation: Deep technical knowledge of modern tech stacks, including Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Modern Tooling: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring open standards like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, you are a natural at objection handling and staying calm under pressure.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">An Inquisitive Mind: You are a continuous learner who wants to stay at the forefront of the observability field.</li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.2;"><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Multilingual Skills: You are a fluent French or German speaker (highly desirable for our European mid-market expansion).</li> <li style="line-height: 1.2;">Monitoring Background: Prior experience with performance monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, or User Experience).</li> </ul> <p>Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>#LI-JM #LI-Hybrid</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Fostering a diverse, ...
