<ul><li><p>Own and manage the entire strategic sales process within Wix’s Enterprise segment</p></li><li><p>Deliver against performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets</p></li><li><p>Identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline of net-new logos as well as drive growth within existing accounts</p></li><li><p>Articulate the unique value proposition of Wix’s Enterprise solutions and services to align with the customer’s needs and objectives </p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with the extended team to refine and optimize Wix Enterprise messaging to increase sales conversion rates </p></li><li><p>Cultivate and maintain senior key-stakeholder relationships with both current enterprise clients and prospects</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel in North America, meeting with prospects and customers</p></li></ul>
<ul><li><p>You’re a motivated experienced sales executive with  8+ years of B2B sales experience, 5 of those focused on selling into the enterprise markets</p></li><li><p>Your excellent sales skills and ability to lead by example are evident in everything you do, and you always get things done</p></li><li><p>You’re a master networker and know how to use connections to create and drive both new and existing business opportunities</p></li><li><p>You’re a results-driven, competitive, and hungry salesperson who thrives in a high-growth startup environment </p></li><li><p>You have the necessary drive to create open and effective communication channels while delivering the value of our platform as the best on the market </p></li><li><p>You have experience working with big brands and are an excellent verbal and written communicator</p></li><li><p>This role requires 35% travel</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p>

Come join us.</p><p>Expected base compensation salary range $140,000 - $165,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package.</p><p>Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.</p><p>For U.S. employees, this role is currently eligible for a benefit package that includes competitive medical, dental and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, wellness benefits, travel expenses and subsidized lunch no matter where you live.</p><p><em>Other benefits vary </em><em>from country to</em><em> country.
