<p>We’re building the go-to-market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform <a href="https://www.wix.com/press-room/home/post/wix-further-expands-into-vibe-coding-with-acquisition-of-base44-a-hyper-growth-startup-that-simplif">recently acquired by Wix</a>. As our first Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of introducing a category-defining product to the market - shaping the sales strategy, driving pipeline, and closing strategic deals from the ground up.</p><p>This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the challenge of bringing innovative AI technology to new clients. You’ll play a foundational role in scaling our business, building trusted relationships, and unlocking growth through a consultative, value-driven sales approach. As our first sales hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, working closely with our founders and Wix leadership to bring this transformative technology to market.</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new business</p></li><li><p>Translate Base44’s product vision into real-world conversations that resonate with technical and business stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Build early revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects</p></li><li><p>Shape the foundational sales motion to support future scale, including messaging, outreach strategies, and customer segmentation</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to align go-to-market efforts</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including VPs, CTOs, and heads of product</p></li><li><p>Accurately forecast deals, manage pipeline, and maintain CRM best practices</p></li><li><p>Act as a feedback loop between the market and the product team to influence roadmap and positioning</p></li></ul>
<ul><li><p>6+ years of B2B sales experience in a technology company, preferably a startup</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI, ML, data platforms, or product-led SaaS company</p></li><li><p>Experience selling to VP and C-level executives</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing complex deals</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment</p></li></ul>
