IT Technician

<p>As an IT Technician, you'll play a central role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations at our Tel Aviv offices, ensuring seamless functionality of our technical infrastructure and providing top-notch service to Wix employees. In your day-to-day, you will:&#xa0;</p><p>• Run the day-to-day IT operations at&#xa0; Wix Campus.&#xa0;</p><p>• Oversee all IT technician aspects of Wix, including events, employee onboarding/offboarding, inventory management, and end-of-employment processes&#xa0;</p><p>• Work closely with the IT and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows&#xa0;</p><p>• Find and implement technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees&#xa0;</p><p>• Manage IT orders, stock, and collaborate with suppliers and vendors&#xa0;</p><p>• Coordinate and manage equipment repair and technical projects</p> <p>• Proven experience as an IT technician, including 2+ years in a similar role&#xa0;</p><p>• Strong technical skills in managing IT operations, inventory systems, and technical equipment&#xa0;</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach&#xa0;</p><p>• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively&#xa0;</p><p>• Project management experience and familiarity with inventory management systems – an advantage</p> <p>We are Wix’s IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers, servers, hardware, software, and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring, using the newest technology for device management services, Ansible, and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring, purchasing, security incidences, SLM, CRM, etc.</p>
