Office Administrator/Title Clerk

We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us! <a href="https://vimeo.com/652202630/3ae8c047b6">Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!</a></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position reports to the Front Office Manager as part of the front office team that provides outstanding service and administrative support to our customers</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p><br>● Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service<br>● Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer the phone<br>● Assist with processing vehicle titles<br>● Assist customers with dealer registration, account questions, maintaining documents, and record<br>retention<br>● Collect and process dealer payments (check and floorplans) - no cash<br>● Assist with vehicle redemptions including scheduling and processing documents<br>● Assist with customer bid badges<br>● Release titles to dealers and assist with processing titles as needed<br>● Dealer AR followup and account review/Coordinate daily banking activities<br>● Invoicing and processing check requests<br>● Coordinate pickup/delivery requests and dealer reservations<br>● Follow up on vehicles abandoned on auction property, inherited vehicles, and voided sale<br>● Order office supplies as needed<br>● Assist with onboarding of new employees<br>● Other duties as assigned by leader</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p><br>● Minimum 2 years office level experience.<br>● Dealership and/or Auto Auction experience preferred. Automotive experience and Sales a plus.</p> <p>●Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience required.
