Our team plays a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness by leading high-impact initiatives, optimizing business processes, and supporting key decision-making across the company. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Operations leadership, provide feedback on and execute operational strategy, and deliver measurable results that directly contribute to our long-term success. </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Execution:</strong> Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives that align with company priorities and accelerate growth.</li> <li><strong>Business Process Optimization:</strong> Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale best practices across teams.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Rigor:</strong> Lead analysis to evaluate business performance, uncover insights, and support critical decision-making.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Leadership:</strong> Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the company to align strategies, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability.</li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Develop and implement frameworks that enable smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.</li> <li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and building a culture of excellence.</li> <li><strong>Support additional initiatives as needed:</strong> Take on special projects and responsibilities to meet evolving business needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution is required; however, equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li> <li>6-8 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or business management, preferably within the healthcare, health IT, or risk adjustment industry and prior experience leading a team</li> <li>Strong background in finance or business analysis, with demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and link insights to operational decisions.</li> <li>Experience with record retrieval processes and/or healthcare operations is highly preferred.</li> <li>Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence</li> <li>Track record as a change champion, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and successful execution of process or organizational changes.</li> <li>Proficient in project and change management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative management style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside of standard business hours as needed, and travel up to 20%.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">We are committed to ...
