This role will focus on new business implementations, highly visible internal strategic initiatives, and enterprise-wide projects that support key organizational goals. The Project Manager will collaborate across teams — including Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales — to ensure that complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and client objectives.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for new business, service, and technology solutions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables using standard PMO tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Ensure all projects meet defined success metrics, including quality, scope, budget, and schedule.</li> <li>Facilitate kickoffs, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates across multiple departments.</li> <li>Partner with Product Management, Technology, and Client Operations teams to design and execute scalable, repeatable implementation strategies.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and milestones.</li> <li>Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable project plans.</li> <li>Apply standard project management frameworks and repeatable processes to ensure consistency across initiatives.</li> <li>Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal implementation teams during deployment phases.</li> <li>Conduct status meetings, executive summaries, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful outcomes.</li> <li>Manage client expectations and drive satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.</li> <li>Contribute to organization-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.</li> <li>Lead or support internal transformation projects that streamline service delivery and technology integration.</li> <li>Responsible for the above and all other duties as required to support business needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring to the table: </strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a matrixed, client-facing environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies.</li> <li>Proficiency in Workfront, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, facilitate collaboration, and build consensus among diverse teams.</li> <li>Experience working in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or release of information (ROI) </li> <li>Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is a plus.</li> <li>Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and demonst ...
