The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Bolt, Anvil, and Altius from paper sketches to operational systems. We work in close coordination with tactical unit end users, program offices, and other critical DOW stakeholders to solve some of the hardest problems facing our warfighters. The Chief of Staff, TRS is the connective tissue between the SVP of TRS, the broader executive team, and the rest of the company. You’ll act as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to the SVP, ensuring the division is aligned and prioritized to deliver against our most critical goals. This role is responsible for proactively designing, building, and executing the operational rhythm, strategic programs, and cross-functional communications that enable the TRS division to operate at a high level and drive organizational performance.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a highly capable and strategic Chief of Staff to partner directly with our SVP of the Tactical Recon and Strike Division. This role is at the nexus of strategy and execution, providing critical support across a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from strategic planning and cross-functional integration to executive operations and high-impact project leadership. You will be entrusted with enhancing the operational cadence of the TRS team, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders across Anduril, and representing the SVP in crucial internal forums. Your ability to synthesize complex information, drive consensus, and manage diverse initiatives will be key to enabling the TRS division to achieve its ambitious goals. This position can located in Costa Mesa CA.</strong></em></p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to the TRS SVP, helping to drive clarity and focus across a broad portfolio of initiatives</li> <li>Cross-Functional Integration: Design and manage how the TRS team interfaces with key stakeholders across the company (Finance, Government Relations, Strategic Growth, etc.), ensuring effective collaboration, information flow, and alignment</li> <li>Executive Operations: Prepare and facilitate TRS-related content for executive meetings, All Hands, and offsites—driving agenda setting, action tracking, and execution against key decisions</li> <li>Governance Structure: Own and drive business rhythm for the TRS team, including quarterly QBRs, strategic planning, internal business reviews, and team communications</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Represent the TRS SVP in internal forums, ensuring that communication is aligned, timely, and driving the desired outcomes with the broader division and Anduril leadership</li> <li>Project Initiative Leadership: Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through to execution and measurement</li> </ul> ...
