Well… you might just be in the right place!</p> <p>The <strong>Identity and Access Management Analyst</strong> is a key member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to execution excellence. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical reality, supporting the transition of our identity capabilities from a project-based delivery model to a sustainable product management-based model. </p> <p>This role will require a strong blend of business analysis skills, IAM concepts, and access governance best practices. You will work in close partnership with the IAM Product Manager to drive the success of our global access services.</p> <p>This role follows a hybrid work model (3 days/week) based out of our Montréal or Toronto offices.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be responsible for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>IAM Product Program Support (40%)</li> <ul> <li>Partner with the IAM Product Manager to translate the roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and priorities.</li> <li>Maintain and groom the IAM backlog based on business value, risk reduction, and stakeholder input.</li> <li>Consolidate requirements from Security, IT, application owners, and auditors into a structured backlog.</li> <li>Support preparation of materials for governance forums and stakeholder updates.</li> </ul> <li>Requirements, Analysis Process Design (35%)</li> <ul> <li>Lead or support requirements sessions to understand access needs, risks, and edge cases.</li> <li>Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.</li> <li>Document current-state and future-state IAM processes (e.g., access requests, approvals, roles, certifications).</li> <li>Contribute to reusable IAM standards, patterns, and playbooks.</li> </ul> <li>IGA, PAM Application Onboarding Support (15%)</li> <ul> <li>Work with application owners and Security to define onboarding requirements for IGA and PAM tools.</li> <li>Capture integration requirements, including authentication patterns, role models, and joiner/mover/leaver behavior.</li> <li>Help standardize application intake templates and onboarding expectations.</li> </ul> <li>Governance, Reporting Change Enablement (10%)</li> <ul> <li>Maintain IAM governance documentation, standards, and exceptions.</li> <li>Support access certification campaigns, including planning, communications, and tracking.</li> <li>Produce reports on IAM adoption and control effectiveness, and support change enablement through communications and training.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll be bringing to the team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CISA, CISSP) are a plus.</li> <li>Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in complex technological environments.</li> <li>Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies, including at least one of:</li> <ul> <li>Identity Governance Administration (IGA) tools (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint)</li> <li>Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and processes</li> <li>Identity Providers (IdP) and SSO/MFA solutions (e.g., OneLogin, Okta, Azure AD)</li> </ul> <li>Experience participating in IAM implementations or upgrades, including application onboarding, role/entitlement design, and access certification campaigns (e.g., SOX)</li> <li>Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Data-driven mindset – comfortable using metrics, logs, and reports to understand issues, validate outcomes, and support decision-making.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and manage expectat ...
