This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with admin experience and a basic finance background - perfect for someone early in their finance career!</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2" data-end="105">Make outbound collection calls professionally while maintaining and improving customer relationships.</li> <li data-start="108" data-end="229">Resolve client billing issues and reduce accounts receivable delinquency through timely and effective customer service.</li> <li data-start="232" data-end="335">Collect payments in line with due dates and maintain accurate records of all customer communications.</li> <li data-start="338" data-end="439">Identify causes of account delinquency and collaborate with management and Sales to address issues.</li> <li data-start="442" data-end="515">Set up, document, and follow up on payment arrangements with customers.</li> <li data-start="518" data-end="674">Escalate delinquent accounts to collection agencies and manage ongoing communication to resolve outstanding balances while meeting monthly recovery targets.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And a little bit of…</span><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you need to bring:</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:</span></p> <ul> <li>Proven customer service experience.</li> <li>Previous experience in an administrative, collections or similar role.</li> <li>Basic understanding of finance or entry-level finance knowledge.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our hiring process is very straightforward.
