Director of Demand Generation (Hybrid or Remote)

Bolster is an AI-powered brand protection and threat detection platform helping companies detect, investigate, and take down phishing and impersonation scams—across web, social, app stores, dark web, and email—before they cause damage. We work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world and are on a mission to eliminate digital fraud at scale.  We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale pipeline creation as we grow from an inbound-led SMB/MM motion into a more balanced, enterprise-capable ABM engine.  This role owns demand generation strategy and marketing-sourced pipeline performance. You will define channel investment plans, build forecasting models, and drive pipeline creation across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in close partnership with VP of Marketing.   The north star for this role is simple: build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine.
