RA Capital has more than 150 employees and over $10 billion in assets under management.</p></div><p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>RA Ventures (Raven) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the identification, target validation, evaluation, and creation of new biotechnology companies with a specific focus on therapeutic applications in immunology across diseases. This role sits at the intersection of science, strategy, and venture formation, working closely with Venture Partners, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, and the broader RA Capital team. We are seeking a Senior Associate with experience in immunology or related therapeutic areas, which will help translate novel scientific insights into compelling new company opportunities through rigorous diligence, market and financial analysis, operational excellence and thoughtful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity for a scientifically trained, analytically minded individual to play a hands-on role in company building within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Senior Associate will be a thought partner in early ideation to identify domains of interest, and will assist in driving deep diligence to map pathways and targets and the competitive positioning for future therapeutic programs.
