Intake Specialist (JH)

We are seeking people for a personal injury law firm that handles serious injury cases, including car accidents, wrongful death, and rideshare -related accidents (Uber/Lyft). Our practice focuses on both pre -litigation and litigation matters. We do not handle workers’ compens ation or product liability cases. Our team currently consists of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff dedicated to providing high -quality legal services to our clients. Job Title: Intake Specialist First Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 6:00PM (Arizona Time). Second Shift : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (Days off: Monday and Friday) 8:00AM – 6:00PM (Arizona Time). Position: Remote Skills: • C1 English proficiency. • 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist or similar legal roles. • Proficient with computers, VoIP phone systems, and scheduling software. • Experience using CRM or legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Filevine). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Strong organizational and time -management skills. • High emotional intelligence and empathetic. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using the firm’s greeting standards • Screen and route calls to the appropriate attorney or staff member • Conduct basic client intake (collecting caller information, case type, and urgency) • Schedule consultations and appointments using the firm’s calendar system • Manage voicemail messages and follow up as needed • Provide general information about the firm’s services without giving legal advice • Maintain accurate call logs and client notes in the firm’s CRM or case management system • Handle high call volume while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all privacy requirements #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
