Job: Recruiter (Home Care) Location: Remote – ONLY for candidates living in the following cities in Colombia, Guatemala, México, and Kenya (Must reside in one of the listed cities.) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST Position Summary: Lead full-cycle recruitment for caregivers supporting US operations (Companions, HHAs, CNAs, PCAs). Experience in US recruitment, preferably healthcare/home care, managing high-volume pipelines. English proficiency (C1) required. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full recruitment process from intake to offer. • Source, publish job ads, and screen caregivers for US roles. • Conduct structured phone/video interviews. • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed notes. • Coordinate background checks, references, and screenings per US/state laws. • Verify CNA/HHA licenses, CPR, training, etc. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or Communications. • 2–3+ years US recruitment experience (required). • Healthcare/home care recruitment experience (preferred). • Strong interviewing and compliance skills. • ATS experience required. • English proficiency (C1). • Excellent organization, urgency, communication, and multitasking skills. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
