You'll work closely with leadership, collaborate cross-functionally with hard-working peers, and make a real impact on our growing SaaS company! You’ll own more than just expense forecasting - you will be a key strategic partner to our product organization.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Forecast and track both people and non-people related expenses for a large organization.</li> <li>Plan and forecast both people and non-people related expenses for a large organization.</li> <li>Communicate complex financial insights in a clear and concise manner to both finance and non finance team members.</li> <li>Continue the evolution of our reporting packages for both expenses and top-line, and provide ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support Product leadership decision-making.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, developing scalable models, tools, and dashboards to improve accuracy and efficiency of analysis.</li> <li>This role offers opportunities to work on diverse and impactful projects. You'll also help develop a</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <p>The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in FP and A or a similar finance business partner role, preferably in a SaaS company. Outstanding modeling and analytical skills are required. Comfort and familiarity with FP and A forecasting tools is required. Experience with cloud cost management is a significant plus but not required.</p> <p>Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill sophisticated financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive leadership are required. Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and communicate across functions and regions are key to success!
