As we continue to expand our channel capabilities and move further upmarket, Mobile Push is becoming an increasingly strategic part of our multi-channel platform.</p> <p>This team builds the SDKs, infrastructure, and product experiences that power push notifications across iOS and Android, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and enterprise-ready. As we grow, we are building towards richer, more dynamic marketing experiences within the push channel; delivering stronger reporting and analytics to measure and optimize impact; and investing in the scale, performance, and controls required by larger, more complex organizations</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for Klaviyo’s Mobile Push capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to expand our SDK functionality, improve scalability and reliability, and enhance the overall customer experience.</p> <p>Mobile engagement is a critical channel for modern brands. As Klaviyo continues to invest in Mobile Push and expand upmarket, this role offers the opportunity to shape advanced capabilities that power large-scale, sophisticated customer experiences.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to and execute on the roadmap for Mobile Push across iOS and Android.</li> <li>Partner with engineering to evolve Klaviyo’s mobile SDKs with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.</li> <li>Improve developer experience through thoughtful SDK design, documentation, and tooling enhancements.</li> <li>Balance marketer-facing functionality (campaign setup, segmentation, analytics) with developer-facing requirements.</li> <li>Support enterprise expansion by building capabilities that address scale, compliance, and organizational complexity.</li> <li>Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, deliverability, and system reliability.</li> <li>Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and adoption in the market.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How You’ll Make a Difference</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expand and strengthen a critical marketing channel as Klaviyo moves upmarket.</li> <li>Improve reliability and scalability to support high-volume messaging and enterprise-grade use cases.</li> <li>Elevate the developer experience for customers integrating Klaviyo into their mobile apps.</li> <li>Help position Klaviyo as a leading multi-channel engagement platform.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile, SDK, or platform products.</li> <li>Familiarity with iOS and/or Android native development environments (Swift and/or Kotlin strongly pref ...
